A leading valve manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager for Control & Choke Valves to manage relationships with EPCs. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities with a strong focus on project activities in the UK and internationally. Overview

White Label Recruitment are currently working with a leading valve manufacturer who are now looking to take on a Sales Manager for Control & Choke Valves with EPC's. They are looking for someone with a strong background in control valves or flow control technologies. The role combines technical and commercial responsibilities and supporting major EPC projects.

The Role
  • Develop and manage relationships with EPCs and end users across the UK and internationally.
  • Promote the sales of control and choke valves.
  • Manage the key accounts.
  • Support project activity in the UK, Holland, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Africa, working with local agents where appropriate.
  • Provide technical support - including basic sizing, quotations, and presentations - to ensure clients receive value-added solutions.
  • Track and influence major projects, secure positions on Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs), and build long-term account strategies.
  • Travel regularly.
The Person
  • Strong knowledge of control valves, choke valves, or related flow control systems.
  • Experience in EPC project environments and comfort with project lifecycles.
  • Confidence in both technical and commercial discussions - able to size valves at the desk, then present solutions to clients.
  • An international mindset and willingness to travel.
