Sales Manager – Civils
Location: Ballymena
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

Role Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing company, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the tendering and estimating process for civil engineering and construction projects.

Key Duties
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets within the civil engineering and construction materials sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders across the industry.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and strengthen market position.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and logistics to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare precise cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects to support competitive and profitable tender submissions.
  • Lead the bid and tendering process, ensuring all submissions meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in all estimating and bidding processes.
