Overview

• Sales Manager- Finance – Central Processing Unit (Consumer Finance Department) – Hinckley – 35k OTE 70K – Uncapped Commission Earnings – 42.5-Hour Contract 5 Days a Week Mon-Fri 10am-7pm Sat 10am-6pm Sun 10am-4pm – Permanent Position

Responsibilities

• Manage a Team of Business Managers to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the F&I Department (Finance & Insurance).
• Drive the team to exceed group F&I targets.
• Act as the finance expert during the sales process, assisting customers in securing suitable funding solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our panel of lenders, staying updated on their latest policies and systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, focused on maximising F&I revenue.
• A proven track record of Customer Service.
• Strong mentorship and coaching abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
• A full UK driving licence.
• A professional appearance.
