Rialtas, part of the global Harris Computer family, is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department and spearhead growth across all revenue streams. This role will directly manage theNN Lead (New Business new customer acquisition) and theCustomer Success Manager (CSM), who oversees the day‑to‑day sales activity with existing customers.
Reporting to the EVP, you will take ownership of delivering revenue targets, shaping and executing our sales strategy, and driving strong performance through effective KPI management. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, elevate our sales function, and contribute to the continued success of a growing software organisation.
Our offices are located in Uffcott, Wroughton near Swindon. This is a hybrid role, with on‑site presence to be agreed. Occasional travel to client sites and UK‑wide conferences will be required.
