A leading stone manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Sales Manager to boost sales within the kitchen and bathroom industry. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, maximizing sales, and providing product training. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the work surfaces or K&B sector and possess strong communication skills. Competitive remuneration and benefits are offered.

To keep up with the growing demand for our quartz and porcelain countertops we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our successful team in Ireland.
Working within a regional team you will be responsible for maximising the sales of Caesarstone colours in kitchen studios and fabricators within the South and West of Ireland. The successful candidate will drive and increase sales revenue to fabricators and servicing fabricator accounts. They will set up terms, provide quotations and any marketing collateral. An important part of the role is sustaining current and forming new relationships with clients. You will be responsible for demand creation through the kitchen and bathroom (K&B) channel and will support the kitchen designers in effectively promoting Caesarstone at the point of sale. This is a great opportunity to utilise your account management skills and elevate customer accounts to the next level!
Full training will be given in order for you to provide product knowledge sessions with the designers, and promote the Caesarstone colour collection.
The position will require some travel and overnight stays.
