Senior Sales Manager - Europe & Asia (Aftermarket Focus)

Belfast based

£80k base + bonus (OTE £140k)

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a global industrial technology company based in Belfast to recruit a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across global markets, driving growth, designing effective go-to-market strategies that deliver a differentiated customer experience.

This role will oversee a team of direct sales professionals and manufacturing reps, driving growth with key customers across the automotive sector. You will lead the regional sales teams to expand market share with existing customers, and develop/acquire new customers and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow sales across all geographic locations, with a strong focus on the Aftermarket.
  • Ensure consistent growth of pipeline for sales team winning new business in existing and new accounts.
  • Manage direct sales teams and rep networks, driving performance and market penetration.
  • Oversee the training, development, and on-going motivation of sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design go-to-market plans that enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain and grow senior-level customer relationships at strategic accounts.
  • Forecast, plan, and report sales activities and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in the Aftermarket
  • Proven success managing large budgets + in revenue and delivering strong growth results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
