Urgently required! A motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator who can manage client relationships drive property lettings and sales and contribute to the growth of a professional Bournemouth-based estate agency.

Our client is expanding their sales and lettings division and are looking for an experienced individual to join the team.

This dual role offers career progression a rewarding commission structure and the chance to grow the business.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Manage and maintain landlord vendor and client relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through sales and lettings processes.
  • Proactively market properties across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the lettings and property management teams.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Achieve personal and team targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Support the growth of the sales and lettings division.
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience)
  • Experience in residential lettings and / or sales.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive target-driven and highly organised.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
  • ARLA or NAEA qualification desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Bournemouth property market advantageous.
  • Comfortable using property software and marketing platforms.
