This role is for 20hrs pw week - and will need to flex to fit the needs of the club.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
  • Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
  • Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
  • Understand and operate the membership software system.
  • Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
  • Experience the products and services on offer.
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
  • Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

Need to be:

  • Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop.
  • Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
  • Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
  • Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
