Overview

What\'s the role about? Sales Executive. Join REL\'s Mondelez team in a part‑time role with full‑time benefits. Work Tuesday to Thursday, 24 hours per week, with a long weekend every weekend. Location: Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypridd, Tonypandy, Aberdere and surrounds. Salary: £12.21 to £14.04 per hour (On target earnings) + 34p/mile + incentives.

Working arrangement: Part Time, Permanent. ESSENTIAL: Must have own car and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Showcase Mondelez brands such as Cadbury, Maynard Bassetts, Belvita and Oreo in major supermarkets.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with store managers, fostering trust and unlocking sales opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Devise creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Execution: Implement plans to ensure products command attention and fly off the shelves.
• Driving Requirements: Hold a valid licence and have access to your own vehicle for navigation within your region.
• Training and Support: Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support with clear goals.
