At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Executive for an ever growing company in the Liverpool area.

Salary: £30,000 - Depending on experience.

Location: Liverpool – Office based – hybrid option.

Holidays: 28 days holiday plus bank.

Main Responsibilities
  • This role requires a proactive, self-starting attitude and will, in time, involve travel to client sites, industry events, and exhibitions to support business development and deepen customer relationships.
  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Proactively manage high-value or complex sales.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and large-value customer leads.
  • Provide detailed product guidance and quote custom solutions for trade clients.
  • Help shape the sales pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with repeat clients and support long-term retention.
  • Train and support junior sales team members where required.
  • Work closely with marketing and purchasing teams to ensure alignment on promotions and stock.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or customer site visits as required.
