Overview
Location: Derby
Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of building client relationships, generating new business, and managing key accounts.
- Proactively generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring excellent client relationships.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and deliver against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, or in a target-driven sales role.
- Strong B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by commission and results.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and deliver outstanding sales performance.
