Responsibilities

• Ensuring sales targets and conversion rates are achieved
• Converting leads and exploring opportunities to cross sell to existing customers
• Follow FCA regulations & develop expertise in PMI/ Dental & Cash Plan Benefits
• Representing the company at networking events and exhibitions
• Ensuring the company’s CRM is kept up to date and all conversations are logged
• Building relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role
• A strong negotiator and the ability to notice cross selling opportunities
• A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering results
• Someone who is confident, not afraid to ask questions with desire to excel
• Great written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers
• Previous experience in an FCA regulated business would be an advantage
