The Sales Manager role
  • Proven experience in a sales or events role within hospitality, restaurants or event venues, with a strong ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and events without compromising attention to detail or guest experience.
  • A proactive, driven and personable ambassador for Quo Vadis and the El Pastor Group, representing brand standards and values at all times.
  • This is a high-pressure role, requiring strong organisation, flexibility and the ability to balance efficiency with a personal, guest-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and delivering a sales strategy that drives revenue across private events, group dining and restaurant reservations.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with corporate accounts, concierge partners, key industry bodies and high-value personal clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Comfortable working with data and KPIs to track performance and implement tactical sales initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Confident using reservations and CRM platforms such as SevenRooms to optimise conversion, yield and effective utilisation of venue space.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end private events process, from lead generation and outreach through to execution and guest experience.
  • Collaborative in approach, working closely with chefs and operations teams to ensure menus, logistics and delivery align with Quo Vadis and El Pastor standards.
  • Experienced in planning and delivering targeted promotions to support off-peak bookings and private event sales, working alongside marketing and communications teams.
  • Availability to support large evening events when required as part of the role.
  • A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for the Harts Group family of brands.
