You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and market expansion
  • Mentoring, and develop a high-performing internal and external sales team
  • Driving a culture of customer focus and commercial excellence, ensuring exceptional service levels
  • Monitoring market trends in FMCG, Food, Drink, E-Commerce, analysing competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Managing pricing strategies and negotiations to ensure profitable business growth
Key attributes required:
  • Proven track record of sales management experience within the packaging sector; corrugated desirable
  • Positive sales attitude and great industry and market knowledge
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales, account management, and commercial strategy
