A UK-based Software company seeks a Sales Development Representative to join its team in Banbury, Oxford. The role involves managing inbound leads, generating new sales opportunities, and qualifying prospects. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, with a strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. This position offers a base salary of £35K plus up to £10K OTE, and operates in a hybrid environment.

£35K Basic + £10K OTE (yr 1) + Benefits package (Private health, pension scheme, etc). Uncapped commission, accelerators & more for over-achieving.
Banbury, Oxford. Hybrid working. 2 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, Warwick, Leamington Spa, etc.
