Do you have some experience of sales, probably in a lead generation capacity and are looking to take your career further in the lucrative world of software tech? Or, potentially, do you have extensive experience in the hospitality or retail industry and are looking for a solid, earning, career growth switch?

If so, we have an excellent position available for you in our sales team, where you can learn & develop your sales career alongside experienced software salespeople.

Role

SDR (Sales Development Rep) AKA: Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generator.

Salary

£35K Basic + £10K OTE (yr 1) + Benefits package (Private health, pension scheme, etc). Uncapped commission, accelerators & more for over-achieving.

Location

Banbury, Oxford. Hybrid working. 2 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, Warwick, Leamington Spa, etc.

What will my day-to-day look like?
  • Managing Inbound Leads
  • Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out & hunting down those opportunities
  • Qualifying: are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more?
  • Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Working with the marketing team to align on outbound sales campaigns
What will I need to bring?
  • 1+ years in a sales or lead generation role; if you ve got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you too!
  • Know what good and best looks like; we want to learn from you, too.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge.
  • You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
