Overview

Job Description:

Location: Paris or London is the primary location.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily contact goals along with monthly Qualified Sales Opportunities and meeting goals;
  • Collaborate effectively with internal end clients – field sales representatives;
  • Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience, primarily through telephone contact in addition to emails;
  • Manage large pipelines of prospective leads and report on pipeline progress in review meetings with management;
  • Maintain accurate records of all KPI activity in CRM system (Salesforce) and report KPI information, sales leads and customer profiles correctly and in a timely manner;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product development to develop a better understanding of target markets’ needs, as well as key competitor strengths and weaknesses;
  • Develop a high level of market, industry and role knowledge to enable peer-to-peer conversations and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient and professional service.
  • Proficiency in French and English is a must; bonus points for proficiency in Arabic.
Requirements

  • Experience managing large pipelines and reporting on pipeline progress;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and accurate KPI tracking;
  • Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product teams;
  • Bilingual proficiency: French and English required; Arabic is advantageous.
