We’re recruiting for a well-established organisation within the education services sector, who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing new business, producing quotes, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the board.

Sales & Customer Relations Executive, Immediate Start!

What you’ll be doing :

• Making daily outbound cold calls to generate new business
• Contacting potential customers via phone and email
• Building strong relationships with existing clients
• Gathering key information to prepare accurate quotes
• Producing quotes using the online system & following up to convert into sales (full training provided)
• Calling existing customers for renewal quotes
• Discussing policy details and making amendments where needed
• Meeting daily KPIs and sales targets
• Handling daily paperwork and general office duties
• Using the MPACS online system (training provided)
• Planning and managing your own workload effectively

• Confident phone manner and comfortable making cold calls

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
