A fantastic Sales & Events Coordinator role in Wolverhampton pays £29,000‑£32,000 and is based at a luxury hotel & spa located in a Grade 2 building surrounded by 5 acres of beautiful leafy greenery and private grounds.
The venue receives high inbound interest for event usage, particularly multicultural weddings. You will work alongside a fantastic team that plans and delivers memorable events.
The hotel offers tasteful, versatile event spaces suitable for weddings, meetings, conferences and social events. As Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for inbound event sales enquiries and will convert that interest into bookings with the assistance of the Events team.
You will carry out necessary planning and coordinate with the operational team to ensure an excellent experience on the day of each event.
• Generate and qualify leads for wedding and event bookings.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
• Coordinate with operations to confirm venue availability and resource planning.
• Communicate event requirements and budgets with clients.
• Deliver a seamless booking process through to the event day.
• Base salary of £29,000‑£32,000, negotiable on experience.
• Mainly Monday‑Friday office hours with rotating Saturday shifts (usually one per month); varying shift times include 8a‑4p, 9a‑5p, 10a‑6p.
• Flexibility required to manage hours based on viewing requests.
