Overview

The Fragrance Shop is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team. Job type: Part-time. Part time hours: 38 hours per week. Salary: £10.00 - £12.21 PH. Benefits: Employee discount. Location: Newcastle - Eldon Square.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
  • Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
  • Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
  • Processing transactions at the till point
  • Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
  • Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

  • Confidence and personality!
  • Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and demonstrating our products
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a natural sales ability
  • Be passionate about retail and fashion
  • Be enthusiastic and results driven

  • Ability to operate POS system
Required Experience
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to include evenings and weekends
