The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant you’ll play a key role in:

  • Qualifying leads from phone, email and digital channels, engaging customers and converting opportunities into sales
  • Managing showroom appointments, delivering inspiring, design-led consultations and exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating with trade professionals and providing tailored product guidance
  • Supporting marketing campaigns through customer engagement and brand-aligned communications
  • Maintaining an organised pipeline and driving conversions to meet individual and team targets

Your work will directly contribute to a dynamic and customer-centric sales environment, helping people realise their dream interiors.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Experience in a B2C sales environment, ideally in interiors, furniture, or kitchen design
  • A proactive approach to managing leads and following up consistently
  • Confidence using digital tools, CRMs, and messaging platforms to drive engagement
  • A commitment to delivering premium customer experiences both online and face-to-face
