Structural Glass Design ltd is currently seeking a professional and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our small team.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities for 2 of our business sectors.

  • Structural walk on glass floors and rooflights.
  • Glass lifting services, which includes the hire of our spider crane, HIAB and vacuum lifters etc.

You will work closely with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote our products.

In this role, you will be expected to create and implement sales strategies, identify new markets, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You will also collaborate with our team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns. You will be responsible for preparing and following up on quotes and answering queries from potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development or marketing, preferably in the construction or architectural industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. Experience in selling high-end or specialized products is a plus.
