Overview

Sales Associate in Harrods Technology division with a salary of £27,895 + commission, plus access to Harrods benefits including discounts across store and restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class customer experiences for every customer and act as the face of the brand.
• Learn and apply comprehensive product knowledge to tailor service and achieve sales targets, including encouraging repeat visits.
• Work with autonomy to maintain high visual merchandising standards, manage stock levels, and replenishment.
• Champion the Harrods Rewards scheme and participate in customer feedback surveys.
