About The Role

As a Sales Associate within our Fine Watches department, you will be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building high quality customer relationships. You will be offered a package that includes a salary of £27,800 plus commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants. Our Sales Associates put our clients at the heart of everything they do, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalised and memorable. You will take the time to understand and learn about our clients to tailor your approach to ensure the best service. It is the responsibility of our Sales Associates to deliver exceptional sales experiences to each of our clients, through comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department, the Fine Watches market, and wider services across the store.

You will also be responsible for:

• Understanding and executing all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.
• Building relationships with the wider team through integrity and trust, and contributing to an open and effective communication channel within the team.
• Visual merchandising and shopfloor standards.
• Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features and benefits of the products by offering related products wherever appropriate.
