Core Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Develop annual marketing and communications plans per venue, aligned with revenue targets and seasonality.
- Partner weekly with General Managers and Operations to analyse covers and guest mix; adjust marketing levers accordingly.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with CMO and President, presenting marketing ROI, guest growth and brand health metrics.
- Own the UK marketing budget - forecast, allocate and report on spend efficiency and performance.
- Drive initiatives that increase footfall, conversion and private dining / event sales.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies across private dining, events, and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, travel and luxury lifestyle partners to maximise visibility and repeat business.
Operational & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the key bridge between Marketing, Operations and Guest Relations.
- Attend weekly Ops / Reservations meetings to align guest flow, programming and activations.
- Build and manage the yearly promotional calendar per venue, balancing “scene and sanctuary” moments.
- Lead go-to-market plans for all new venue openings in the UK, from PR to influencer seeding to content production.
Brand & Communications
- Ensure flawless execution of Bagatelle Group’s global brand standards across all UK venues - in tone, aesthetic and guest experience.
- Adapt global campaigns for the UK market, balancing local insight with brand consistency.
- Lead relationships with PR, digital and creative agencies to amplify Bagatelle’s presence across luxury, lifestyle and trade media.
- Oversee social, paid, influencer and event marketing with clear ROI targets.
CRM, Guest Data & Loyalty
- Partner with Guest Relations and HQ CRM to activate guest data from SevenRooms and other sources.
- Segment guest database by city, spend and visit frequency to develop targeted retention and loyalty strategies.
- Monitor CRM performance (capture rate, repeat visits, engagement) and deliver data-driven insights to Operations.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor marketing staff, venue marketing captains, and agency partners.
- Train FOH teams on guest engagement storytelling and “Bagatelle Family” brand culture.
- Build a collaborative culture between venue and HQ teams to ensure unified brand execution.
- Evaluate agency performance and drive continuous improvement across creative, digital, and PR outputs.
