Due to their online growth, they are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the FMCG industry and eager to progress their career.

As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Handle phone enquiries, emails, Amazon messages, and trade‑customer needs efficiently, resolving issues and closing tickets as required.
  • Process carrier returns promptly by handling returned items and returning good products to warehouse stock.
  • Accurately input orders from the Trade Account Executive, assist with trade sales and admin tasks and maintain effective communication with trade customers.
  • Monitor and respond to Amazon, eBay, and Trustpilot reviews by addressing feedback.
What will you need?
  • Previous experience in customer service within an eCommerce environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Trustpilot
  • Experience with customer service tools such as Replyco
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
