You will guide customers through their journey of purchasing a new home, providing exceptional service and support. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Job Title: New Home Sales Advisor
Department: Sales
Location: Site-based – Doncaster or surrounding areas within the Yorkshire region
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsible for: N/A

Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused New Home Sales Advisor to join a successful new home development team, based on-site in or near Doncaster. In this vital frontline role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding buyers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives—their new home.

From initial enquiry through to completion, you’ll provide a seamless and supportive experience, building strong relationships and helping buyers make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Project Management to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer journey and help meet site sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and support customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right home
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to reservation, exchange, and legal completion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout, ensuring buyers feel informed, valued, and excited
  • Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely progression of sales
  • Maintain accurate records using in-house IT systems and provide regular updates to internal teams
  • Ensure the sales area and show homes are always immaculately presented
  • Support marketing initiatives and events that drive traffic and increase interest in the development
  • Stay up to date with the local property market and share insights with the sales team
  • Help ensure the development consistently reflects the brand’s high standards
What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be a confident communicator, great with people, and able to balance customer care with achieving results. You should also be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Essential:

  • Experience in new home sales or estate agency
  • A-Levels or equivalent further education
  • A solution-focused mindset and proactive approach
