A leading property services company is seeking a confident New Home Sales Advisor to join their team in Doncaster. You will guide customers through their journey of purchasing a new home, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in the property sector. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused New Home Sales Advisor to join a successful new home development team, based on-site in or near Doncaster. In this vital frontline role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding buyers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives—their new home.
From initial enquiry through to completion, you’ll provide a seamless and supportive experience, building strong relationships and helping buyers make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Project Management to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer journey and help meet site sales targets.
You’ll need to be a confident communicator, great with people, and able to balance customer care with achieving results. You should also be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
