We are recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor for our Eastern Region, based at Kings Hill, Rochford, Essex. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the off-plan buying process and helping them find their perfect home. Main Duties
This role includes:

  • Maintaining knowledge of products, construction, local info, competitors, and regulations, using this knowledge professionally.
  • Engaging prospects, recording and following up visitors, updating prospects via CRM and weekly analysis.
  • Taking reservations and managing paperwork efficiently, ensuring customers understand the sales, legal, and financial processes.
  • Adhering to timescales and proactively progressing contracts and completions to meet targets.
  • Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and valuers.
  • Regular contact with Financial Advisors to stay updated on mortgage products.
  • Upholding company policies and undertaking additional tasks as required.
