Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts
  • Generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads
  • Promote and sell agricultural products, equipment, or services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients to support informed purchasing decisions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management
  • Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and client meetings as required
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within agriculture, farming, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices, products, or machinery (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
