The Role

We\'re on the lookout for a Sales Administrator (Delivery Facilitator) with a solid background in administration, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
  • Project manage and provide administrative support within the Delivery Team
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee new installations, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Liaise with engineers, 3rd-party suppliers and customers in a professional manner
  • Keep customers fully updated throughout the installation process
  • Take full ownership of installations until completion
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases
  • Manage porting, line migrations and broadband services
  • Ensure billing is correctly set up post-installation
