Job Description

The role of the Safety Technician Fall Protection Systems involves working with various fall protection systems such as lifelines, anchors, guardrails, gates, platforms, and walkways. The technician will work in a team of two to install equipment across the UK, conduct tests on site equipment, certify their safety, and attend toolbox talks. The role also includes recertification, repairs, and supporting on-site sales and lead generation. Safety procedures must be strictly followed, and the technician will monitor installation teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working at heights
• Installation experience in roofing, cladding, facades, solar, building envelope, scaffolding, HVAC, or telecom sectors (preferred)
• Experience in roles like Lift Testing Engineer, Recertification Engineer, Test Engineer, Fall Protection Engineer, Installation Engineer, Safety Technician, or Recertification Technician (advantageous)
• Willing to obtain NVQ Level 3 in Fall Protection if not already qualified
• Full UK driving license (held for 1+ years)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Health and safety experience
• Organized with high attention to detail and good time management
