A leading environmental consultancy based in the North-West of England seeks a Safety, Health and Environment Business Partner. This role involves supporting the SHE program across multiple locations in the UK, collaborating closely with management teams. The successful candidate should possess a degree in a related field and have 5-10 years of experience. The position requires excellent communication skills and familiarity with UK HSE legislation, alongside significant travel to various sites. Element has an excellent opportunity for Safety, Health and Environment Business Partner to support its Environmental business and the 10 locations across the UK. As a member of the divisional leadership team, this position will partner with local management teams to support the implementation of the Element SHE program. This position reports directly to the Built Environment Snr SHE Manager whilst working closely with the Divisional Director and the wider Divisional management team. Ideally, the successfulperson will be based in the North-West of England with flexibility to travel crucial to the role. It is anticipated that this role will require frequent travel to Element locations and client sites across UK and Ireland.
