A leading meat business in the UK is seeking ambitious Graduates for their Sales Graduate Programme. Participants will gain hands-on experience on the factory floor and transition into sales and account management roles. The program lasts 2 years, offering exposure to various departments and dedicated mentoring, with a starting salary of £28,000. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.
The Graduate Scheme is designed to equip participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the meat processing industry, specifically within our sales and commercial teams. Graduates will start by gaining hands-on experience on the factory floor, providing a solid foundation in operations before progressing into sales and account management roles.
Role Purpose: The aim is to develop well-rounded professionals who understand the full product lifecycle, from production to customer delivery, and who can drive sales while ensuring product and price alignment.

You can expect:
Start date: September 7th 2026
Starting Salary: £28,000 with an up to £1,500 increase at the start of Year 2 to £29,500

Who are we looking for? We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Graduates, who want to learn and grow in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Prior experience in food service, FMCG, or a related industry is beneficial, but not essential. Strong abilities in channel and customer strategy, account management, joint business planning, and commercial analysis.
