About the Role

We're working with a leading organisation seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage a unique estate comprising over 6,000 acres.

As an Estate Manager you'll take ownership of both the strategic and operational management of the estate, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks while driving performance and innovation. You'll lead a high-performing team that generates significant income and delivers real impact for the rural community.

This role offers a mix of on-site estate work, office collaboration, and flexibility to work from home when business needs allow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a dedicated Farm and Estates team.
  • Oversee the strategic management of the estate and its tenancies.
  • Take full responsibility for the service budget and financial performance.
  • Negotiate rental values and manage land / property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Build strong partnerships with public, private, and commercial organisations at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Provide expert advice to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
About You

We're looking for someone who is :

  • A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
  • Experienced in rural estate management, both strategically and practically.
  • Skilled in communication, planning, and organisation.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Creative and flexible in tackling challenges and driving economic growth.
