Overview

RTA Paralegal – Liverpool

National full service law firm with offices across the UK, currently opening an opportunity within its specialist RTA department in Liverpool for an experienced RTA Paralegal. The firm has a strong Personal Injury offering (RTA, EL/PL, Serious and Catastrophic Injury) and is expanding its dedicated RTA team in Liverpool city centre (hybrid/remote working available).

The firm is seeking an additional experienced RTA Paralegal to support growth and development of the RTA team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of RTA claims admitted files, handling both portal and Part 8 matters.
• Work with minimal supervision while delivering efficient, high-quality work.
• Collaborate with the existing team of around 20 fee earners and paralegals in a friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' experience gained working with a reputable practice in RTA or equivalent personal injury areas.
• Ability to work independently on own files with support and training provided.
