A healthcare organization in Aberdeen is seeking a Housekeeper to support the Links Unit at Woodend Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and be passionate about patient care. Experience in a clinical setting is a plus. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team focused on high-quality patient rehabilitation.
Woodend Hospital - Ward Housekeeper - Band 2. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper to join the team within the Links Unit Woodend Hospital Aberdeen. Links@Woodend is a 22 bedded mixed rehabilitation unit caring for individuals who have undergone amputation or who are recovering from an orthopaedic injury/ surgery.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and efficiently. You should be able to work using your own initiative and have an active interest in developing the role of the housekeeper to meet the demands of the department. Successful applicants will be joining a well motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible.
Candidates should be enthusiastic, dynamic, caring and compassionate, with a keen interest in Patient Rehabilitation. You should be self motivated, and strive to deliver high quality patient focused care. Experience within a clinical setting is desirable, although not essential, as supervision and support will be available to orientate you into the role.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
