• Previous experience in a Transport administration/planning/coordination role.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise driver workloads for smooth operation.
• Maintain communication with drivers and depot staff.
• Coordinate vehicle staffing and maintenance schedules.
• Develop weekly resource plan based on KPIs.
• Prioritize customer service expectations and profitability.
• Review delivery schedules to meet targets and adapt.
