We are recruiting for a Rotational Pharmacist Specialist - Pharmacy Lister who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. We are looking for a highly motivated pharmacist to join our award-winning, innovative, patient-centred pharmacy team.
We are a friendly department and will support you to become an outstanding clinical pharmacist and help you fulfill your full potential. We offer a structured rotational program including specialties such as ED, acute medicine, critical care, endocrinology, respiratory, Frailty, gastroenterology, vascular surgery, aseptic oncology/haematology, and a renowned renal services unit, working with a Consultant Renal Pharmacist.
We will fully fund and support you to undertake relevant postgraduate training including the prescribing qualification and leadership training. We aim to develop your skills for more senior roles within the department through involvement in directorate and project work focused on improving clinical services and patient care.

The post holder will join the multidisciplinary team, providing expert pharmacy services to various inpatient wards, utilizing specialist pharmaceutical skills to drive innovation and improvement within selected specialties. You will support Pharmacy Team Leads for Unplanned and Planned Care in reporting, audits, guideline updates, and financial and medicines information. The successful candidate will also act as a clinical mentor to junior pharmacists and trainees.
