Overview

We currently require a Roofing team - 1 x Roofer and 1 x Labourer to work in Nottingham, East Leake, Leicester on domestic properties on a social housing, reactive maintenance scheme. This is due to start in January 2026.

The Client

Our client is an award winning main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties are:

• Reactive Maintenance on Roofs
• Repairs on traditional and flat roofs

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.

Benefits

• £23 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment for the Roofer
• £16-£17 Per Hour for the Labourer

• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Roofer
• Social housing experience
• Own Tools
• Own Transport/Van
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
