A leading medical device company in the UK is seeking a Product Support Specialist to grow their Joint Replacement business. In this field-based role, you will support surgeons and customers, while providing technical expertise for Hip and Knee products. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. This role involves significant customer interaction, product training, and technical support to ensure successful surgical outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years sales experience required.
• Market knowledge and medical background preferred.
• Experience in sales of capital goods or clinics/OR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to end users.
• Train and guide surgeons in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot.
• Achieve sales results in line with annual sales targets.
• Develop a basic business plan with input from a mentor.
