Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
  • Perform fault diagnostics, flat batteries, tyre changes and complex fault‑finding.
  • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members on the roadside.
  • Track and complete work within demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Maintain and operate your own RAC van, fuel card and diagnostic kit.
Qualifications
  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with proven technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer‑focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.
