This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for problem‑solving and an interest in learning about financial crime. You’ll gain hands‑on experience investigating suspicious activity, working with financial data, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:
  • Monitor daily merchant transactions to identify unusual patterns and take action to mitigate risk.
  • Investigate high‑risk activity by engaging with merchants, issuing banks, and cardholders.
  • Educate partners on best practices for card acceptance and fraud prevention.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve systems and processes.
  • Work on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed to help the company manage risk.
What we’re looking for:
  • Ideally have a degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working At Least 1 year of experience in fraud/risk roles (or 3 years in related areas like Underwriting or AML).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to own and manage your own caseload
