This role is available on a part-time, job-share, and full-time basis, and is home-based in South UK. The closing date for applications is Friday, 29th August 2025.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking to advance their careers in Risk Management within Zurich Resilience Solutions. The role involves working with corporate, real estate, and international clients to deliver tailored risk engineering solutions.

The position requires travel to customer sites across London and the Home Counties. It is an essential car user position with a company car allowance.

Candidates should have experience in Property & Business Assessments, with a preference for those with account engineering experience. The role offers training and development to grow into an Account Engineer position.

Zurich Resilience Solutions provides risk management services including survey programs, account management, and technical advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to reduce losses and improve risk management.
  • Conduct desktop and onsite assessments following technical guidelines.
  • Generate reports, benchmarking, and conduct review meetings with clients.
  • Manage risk improvement actions proactively.
  • Support business development and technical insight sharing.
  • Deliver risk engineering programs in line with SLAs.
  • Provide technical support for large building projects.
  • Engage with business partners regularly in London.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in property loss prevention, including Business Interruption and Natural Hazards, with a willingness to learn Fixed Fire Protection.
  • Experience assessing High Rise buildings.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to self and team development.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
