A leading defence organisation in Stevenage is seeking an RF Laboratory Technician to join their busy RF Design Team. You will support RF testing and development on cutting-edge projects within the defence industry. Key responsibilities include testing, component assembly, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have experience with RF circuits, soldering, and use of laboratory test equipment. This role offers a relocation package and dynamic hybrid working arrangements.

Salary: Circa £30,000-£45,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Typically for this role you will work 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Our team is looking for an RF Laboratory Technician to provide day to day support to the RF Designers across various tasks including testing, component level assembly and rework, mainly on development or prototype boards.
You'll use your experience of RF circuits and components covering a wide frequency range up to high GHz, as well as fault finding, rework, soldering and use of general laboratory equipment.
Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.
