A leading low-cost airline in the UK is seeking a Rewards Specialist to lead and support various reward activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in international Reward & Benefits, particularly in a FTSE-listed business, and strong analytical and Excel skills. You’ll join our passionate Reward Team, who are dedicated to delivering innovative reward solutions that support our people and business strategy. We work closely with Business HR, Payroll, and the wider People team to ensure our reward programmes are competitive, fair, and engaging for all colleagues.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
