A global engineering staffing provider is looking for a Reward Administrator in Aberdeen. This hybrid position involves supporting the Head of Reward and collaborating with various HR teams to resolve Reward queries and contribute to Reward projects. Essential qualifications include experience in reward administration, knowledge of processes, and proficiency in MS Excel. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a focus on maintaining compensation and benefits administration.

The Reward Administrator will support and report to the Head of Reward. This role involves close collaboration with an outsourced Benefits Administration vendor Internal HR Operations and Payroll colleagues and external Benefit vendors, resolving Reward queries and supporting wider Reward projects and processes.
