A rapidly expanding business in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to develop and execute their reward and benefits strategy. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and experience in managing employee benefits while working closely with senior stakeholders. You will need to be in central Cardiff 2-3 days a week.
Frazer Jones is partnering with a rapidly expanding business based in Cardiff that is looking to hire a Reward & Benefits Manager.
This is a newly created position as both the business and HR team is growing via organic activity and M&A. Reporting to the HR Director and supporting a geographically dispersed employee base this is a key hire into the HR team with responsibility for designing and implementing the reward and benefits strategy and its ongoing management. As such you will be involved in a broad range of cyclical activity alongside a broad range of programmes and projects to include:
You will be an experienced Reward and Benefits professional, with a proven track record across pay, reward and benefits as well as compensation trends and regulatory requirements. Able to work in both a strategic and operational capacity, you will be an effective communicator that is able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex and fast paced business.
The business offers hybrid working and an expectation of 2-3 days in the office so you will need access to central Cardiff.
