VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with a well renowned luxury hotel group in helping recruit for a commercially driven Revenue Manager to help optimise performance and support continued growth.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the hotel's top-line revenue by developing and executing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Working closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing team, you will use data-driven insights to maximise room occupancy, and improve overall yield.

About you

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue performance.
  • Monitor daily hotel performance using Costar+Bandwidth, OTA analytics, and internal booking data.
  • Forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory controls accordingly across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate).
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends in Belfast.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, packages, and campaigns to drive direct bookings.
  • Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting and long-term financial planning with detailed revenue forecasts.
