Key Responsibilities

You will assist your Store Manager to:

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
• Organize, oversee, and perform stock-takes.
• Handle daily cashing up.
• Hold keys, open and close the store.
• Meet all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).
• Oversee the receiving, checking, pricing, and merchandising of deliveries.
• Report queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Manage refunds and exchanges.
• Liaise with and follow instructions from Directors and Head Office.
