Retail Supervisor

Belfast Based / 38.25 Hours per week

£30,829 + Bonus

MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a prestigious leading luxury retailer in Belfast to recruit a Retail Supervisor for their Flagship showrooms and brands.

This individual will play a key role in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the store. The successful candidate will drive performance against KPIs while upholding the highest standards of service and excellence for every client.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand with integrity, encouraging the sales team to act as ambassadors for both the brand and its partners.
  • Stay informed on new products, models, and training to maintain expert-level brand knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of sales performance and KPIs
  • Uphold and drive high store standards across all areas of the business.
  • Collaborate effectively with commercial, online, and marketing teams.
  • Lead by example, delivering a world-class client experience with pride and passion.
  • Coach and support sales teams in handling all aspects of client enquiries with professionalism.
  • Proactively grow the client database, setting the standard for client engagement across all brands.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, deepening their understanding and appreciation of the brand portfolio.
  • Ensure full team engagement with the CRM system to enhance and personalise the client journey.
  • Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development, while supporting the growth of the sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Partner with the flagship leadership team to develop and sustain highly skilled, knowledgeable teams.
