Overview

Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant — Location: FOLKESTONE. Access to wages from 3 days. Immediate start. Holiday pay. £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay). Flexible working patterns in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets.

Role

We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our team. Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores with shift travel varying on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous. You will be part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms; cleaning fixtures where required.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
• Supporting the store with replenishment as required.

Shifts & Logistics

• Shifts are between 10–12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights).
• Access to the work via the Field Power platform to set availability and accept shifts.
• Clock in/out using a smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
• Travel may be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation provided when required to stay away from home.

Key Skills / Experience

• An eye for detail.
• General level of fitness as manual handling and lifting will be involved.
• Hard working and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail is beneficial, though training will be provided.
• Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and at night when required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
